  • Employment information. When you use our Services, you will provide employment history.
  • Income and tax information. When you use our Services to prepare a tax return or in connection with the preparation of a tax return, you will provide your organization’s tax information, including EIN, financial statements, donor records, board member information, and executive compensation figures.
  • Purchase our products. When you purchase our products, you will provide your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, organization name, and EIN.
  • Compliance data. When you submit to us, or we process data related to your organization’s compliance activities, including but not limited to organization names, EINs, officer and director names, organizational documents, financial summaries, subordinate organization information, and Subordinate Group Ruling Information (“SGRI”) filing data.

5.    UNIVERSAL OPT-OUT MECHANISMS
